      Smart Email BCC is available on all plans, while the Sales Inbox is available on Advanced and Professional plans. The Sales Inbox gives users an overview of their emails and their corresponding contacts in Pipedrive, as well as the ability to create new deals and tasks from emails.

      If you want to track emails in Pipedrive, go to Personal preferences > Email sync. Here, you'll find the 'Email tracking' options. If you have connected an email account through the Email Sync feature of the Advanced plan, you will be able to track emails sent from that account.
